Clear counsel for complex matters.
We combine technical expertise, broad experience and commercial realism to protect your interests in court, at the negotiating table and in everything in between.
A boutique firm, by design.
Choosing the right law firm takes more than expertise. It takes dedication, responsiveness and a real understanding of both the law and the administrative process around it.
We work with private and commercial clients across contentious and non-contentious matters. Our aim is simple: solve the problem in front of you quickly, efficiently and at a sensible cost, while building the trust that makes difficult decisions easier.

Common questions
Do I need to be in Cyprus to work with you?
No. Many matters can be handled by email and video call. Where a document must be signed in person or certified, we explain the options, including signing abroad and certifying the document with an apostille.
How are your fees calculated?
It depends on the type and complexity of the matter. Depending on the work we may agree a fixed fee, an hourly rate or a staged fee. Either way, we confirm the basis in writing before any work starts.
What should I bring to the first consultation?
Your identification, any contracts, letters or court papers, and a short timeline of what happened. If you are not sure what is relevant, bring everything and we will go through it with you.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Advocates in Cyprus are bound by professional secrecy under the Advocates Law, Cap. 2, and the Code of Conduct of the Cyprus Bar Association. This covers what you tell us from the first contact.
Do you act for companies or individuals?
Both. We serve private and commercial clients, from individuals and families to small businesses and international groups.
Can foreign nationals buy property in Cyprus?
Yes. EU citizens buy on the same terms as Cypriots. Buyers from outside the EU can also buy, but need permission from the District Officer under the Acquisition of Immovable Property (Aliens) Law, Cap. 109. We handle the application as part of the purchase.
